RULES & REGULATIONS

1. 比赛规则

1.1 比赛开放给所有就读新加坡政府学校的中学、初级学院/高中的学生。参赛者均须选修华文作为母语科。无须修读华文的初级学院/高中学生则须在中学时修读过高级华文。

1.2 各参赛队伍限 3 至 10 人。所有参赛者必须是新加坡公民或永久居民。

1.3 报名免费。所有参赛者必须在 2022 年 4 月 4 日或之前在官方网站提交报名表。

1.4 参赛者必须来自同一所学校。每名参赛者只能参加一个团队。参赛者须征得校长或家长/监护人的同意后才能参加比赛。

1.5 参赛团队必须将本届比赛主题“勇气”体现在编舞里,通过舞蹈来表达对于比赛主题“勇气”的理解。参赛团队必须以本届比赛主题曲作为主要编舞歌曲。参赛团队可将主题曲进行混音编辑, 重新排列, 但指定主题曲必须占最终改编曲的 30%以上。在主题曲之外,改编曲中所使用的其他歌曲必须都是华语歌曲。

1.6 比赛无指定舞蹈风格,团队可以采用任何舞蹈类型进行表演。

2. 比赛详情:

2.1 奖品

 冠军   S$2,500现金+ 奖杯
 亚军   S$2,000现金+ 奖杯
 季军            S$1,500现金+ 奖杯       
 最佳主题呈现奖   S$800 现金+ 奖杯

爱上华文街舞比赛的所有参赛者都会获得一份参赛证书。

2.2 重要日期:

2022年4月4日 报名及呈交一段不少于 30 秒的团员自我介绍和一段 80 至 90 秒的一镜到底的舞蹈视频. 
2022年4月7日至4月10日 网上票选
2022年4月11日 公布决赛入围名单
2022年4月30日 决赛(新加坡华族文化中心)

 

3. 预赛要求:

3.1 所有团队必须在 2022 年 4 月 4 日 2359hrs 之前上网报名并且将一至两个 Youtube 视频链接(不公开列出)发送给我们。视频内必须包括以下两部分内容:

  • [介绍]一段不少于 30 秒的团员自我介绍,其中应由队长说明参赛原因和对于主题的理解以及如何将主题呈现在编舞里。
  • [舞蹈]一段 80 至 90 秒的一镜到底的舞蹈视频。在拍摄视频时,学生可参考资讯通信媒体发展局所发布的有关安全距离措施的最新指示
  • 团队可以选择将上述两部分内容拼接成一个视频,也可以选择以两个不同的视频上传。
  • 截止日期:4月4日2359hrs

3.2 所有提交的视频将会在 4 月 7 日由主办方上载到官方网站。在 4 月 7日至 4 月 10 日,公众可以在网站为各团队进行投票。投票将占团队预赛分数的 20%。

3.3 所有入围决赛的团队会在 2022 年 4 月 11 日接获电邮通知。

4. 决赛要求:

4.1 决赛将于 2022 年 4 月 30 日在新加坡华族文化中心举行。每个团队的比赛时间为 100 至 120 秒 。

4.2 参赛成员的变更或替换:团队成员不可随意替换。如果确有不得已的特殊情况需要替换团队成员,则必须立即通知主办方,获得批准后方可替换。

4.3 参赛团队须自行负担服装、发型和化妆等演出开销。

4.4 进入决赛的团队必须在决赛一周前将比赛歌曲以 MP3 的形式发送给主办方。决赛当天,团队需要将存有比赛歌曲的 U 盘交给主办方。

4.5 参赛者须对其视频中音乐作品的使用负责,对于任何有关视频中音乐作品版权的索赔或纠纷,主 办方概不负责。

4.6 表演时允许使用道具,但必须事先告知主办方并征得批准。表演中不允许使用液体、烟火、尖锐 物体等作为道具。

4.7 比赛不得含有粗俗、淫秽或冒犯性的内容、语言或动作。

4.8 参赛团队在大决赛当天抽签决定出场次序。

4.9 决赛当天,缺席或迟到的团队将被取消参赛资格。

4.10 在 4月25日9时至 4月28日21时,公众可以在网站为入围决赛的团队进行投票。投票将占团队决赛分数的 10%。

5. 评分标准

比赛由主办方指定的评审小组评分。评审小组的决定是最终决定。 评审标准和分数分配如下:

*第一轮试镜:评团审的评分占总分的80%,公众的网上投票占20%。
**决赛:评团审的评分占总分的90%,公众的网上投票占10%。

其他规则

  1. 每位参赛者在报名参赛的同时,即代表其已经确认自己身体健康状况符合比赛要求,不会因其参赛而影响自己或他人的身体健康与生命安全。
  2. 比赛期间,参赛者须遵守主办方制定的合理指示和要求。如有疑问,应及时询问主办方。
  3. 比赛期间,所有参赛者都须遵守有关部门制定的条规,以及适用的国家公告和发布的安全管理措施。
  4. 主办单位拥有在活动期间拍摄的照片或影片的所有权,并可将其用于主办单位的营销和出版材料。使用这些照片和影片不必征求参赛者的同意。
  5. 主办方可能会收集和使用参赛者个人信息,并可能根据比赛行政安排方面的需要与主办当局官员、职员、指定服务供应者、附属机构和合作伙伴分享这些信息。
  6. 如有需要,主办方有权因需要而更改比赛时间和地点。
  7. 主办方、合作伙伴和赞助商无须对参赛者因参加比赛或在准备比赛的过程中所遭受的任何损失或伤害承担任何责任,除非参赛者在比赛的任何阶段造成的生命或财产损失、损害或伤害是因主办方、合作伙伴或赞助商的疏忽而造成的。
  8. 主办方无须承担参赛者的任何费用。
  9. 主办方有权在未提前通知的情况下修改比赛规则和条款。
  10. 参赛者在报名参赛的同时,即视为同意并允许主办方今后发送相关或其它活动的讯息。
  11. 上述规则均在新加坡法律约束之下并须依照法律的解释而行事。

 

1. COMPETITION RULES

1.1 Eligibility: Open to all secondary, CI and JC students studying Chinese as Mother Tongue Language in Singapore MOE schools. For JCs, students who are exempted from taking Chinese must have studied Higher Chinese in their secondary school.

1.2 Team Composition: The Team may consist of a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 10 members. Team members must be Singaporean/PR. 

1.3 Participants may only form a team within their schools. Each individual may only participate in one team. All teams have to seek approval from either their principals or parents/guardians before participating in the competition.

1.4 Teams MUST incorporate the competition theme “Courage” in their dance item. Teams need to also use this year’s theme song in their music mix used for their choreography. The theme song should make up at least 30% of the entire music mix. Other songs, which are used in the music mix, have to be Chinese songs.

1.5 There is no restriction on the dance style.

1.6 All participants must complete and submit their registration form and link to their video entry to the Organisers by 4 April 2022 at 2359hrs. Registration is free.

2. Competition Details

2.1 Prizes are as follows:

 Champion  S$2,500.00 Cash + trophy
 2nd Place  S$2,000.00 Cash + trophy
 3rd Place  S$1,500.00 Cash + trophy
 Best Theme   S$800 Cash + trophy

 

2.2 Important dates of the Competition:

  1. Team Introduction presentation lasting at least 30s
  2. Dance Performance lasting 80-90s: The dance must be taken in a single shot. 

The above components can be submitted as either two separate videos of one component each or one video comprising both components. More information can be found under 3.1.

3. Auditions

3.1 All teams have to complete the registration form and send in either one or two “unlisted” Youtube video link with the below two (2) content:

  • Introduction - A 30s oral presentation in Chinese including: Team members’ self-introduction and team’s leader to share reason(s) for joining the competition and their interpretation of the theme and how they convey it through their choreography.
  • Dance - One (1) 80s - 90s one-take video showcasing their choreography. Videos should be shot with Safe Management Measures (SMM) taken into consideration, in line with the national posture. Check out IMDA’s website for the most current advisory on SMM. Although the guidelines apply to media companies, as a participant, you could refer to them as a reference and guide
  • Teams can choose to combine the two content into one video or upload as two separate videos.
  • Deadline: 4 April 2022 2359hrs.

3.2 All videos will be uploaded by the Organisers onto the official website on 7 April 2022. Public can vote for their top three teams between 7 – 10 Apr 2022. Public votes will take up 20% of the overall score during the auditions.

3.3 All finalists will be notified via email by 11 April 2022.

4. Finals

4.1 Finals will be held on 30th April 2022 at Multi-Purpose Hall, Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. All finalists have to put up a 100s – 120s choreography. 

4.2 Entry Changes or Substitutions – Team member is non-replaceable. For circumstances beyond the control of the team member(s), please inform the Organisers immediately and the substitution will be subjected to approval.

4.3 All teams are to provide their own costumes, hairstyling and makeup.

4.4 Performance Music Requirements - All Finalists must send over their audio file for the Finals in mp3 audio format to the Organisers via email at least one week prior to the Finals. All Finalists must also provide a backup of the audio track in a thumbdrive on the day of the Finals. 

4.5 Participants shall be responsible for their use of any musical works as part of their video submission. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any claims of infringement of intellectual property rights by third parties.

4.6 Usage of props is allowed but will be subject to approval from the Organisers. Usage of liquid, fire, smoke and sharp objects are not allowed. 

4.7 No vulgarity, obscenity, or aggression is allowed in this competition.

4.8 Finalists will draw lots on the day of the Finals to determine the order of their performance for the day.

4.9 Participants who do not turn up or are late for the competition round(s) will be deemed as disqualified.

4.10 Public can vote for their top three teams between 25 Apr 9am – 28 Apr 9pm 2022. Public votes will take up 10% of the overall score during the Finals.

5 Judging Criteria

5.1 Teams will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Organisers. The decision of the panel is final and no correspondences or enquiries will be entertained.

The judging criteria and score allocations are as follow:

*For the Auditions, judges’ scores will account for 80% of the total score and the remaining 20% will be from online votes.
*For the Finals, judges’ scores will account for 90% of the total score and the remaining 10% will be from live-stream votes.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating in the Competition, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is physically and medically fit to participate and has no physical or medical condition that would make his/her participation unsafe or dangerous to himself/herself or to others.
     
  2. The Participants agree to comply with all reasonable instructions and requests made by the Organisers at all times during the Competition. If in doubt, Participants should seek clarification from the Organisers.
     
  3. The Participants are required to comply with all prevailing requirements by the relevant authorities at all times during the Competition, including but not limited to the prevailing national advisories and Safe Management Measures (SMM).
     
  4. The Organisers reserve the right to use any photographs or films taken during the event for use exclusively in the Organisers’ marketing and publication materials, without obtaining further consent from all participants.
     
  5. The Organisers may collect, use and/or disclose each Participant’s personal information to their officers, employees, appointed service providers, affiliated organisations and event partners, as may be required for the administration of the Competition and all matters arising thereunder.
     
  6. The Organisers reserve the right to change the time and venue should the need arise without prior warning.
     
  7. The Organisers, partners and sponsors shall be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant arising from or pursuant to her/his participation in the competition or for any loss, damage or injury to life or property sustained by the participant at any stage of the competition, unless such loss, damage or injury is caused by the Organisers’, partners’ or sponsor’s gross and wilful negligence.
     
  8. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any expenditure incurred by any participants of the competition.
     
  9. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations without prior notice.
     
  10. By signing up for this competition, you agree to receive promotional emails from the Organisers in the future.
     
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
